Hi there, I just use my Credit Card to make a local Telephone Call to my residence. Although the call di not gone through, this Company is charging 6 times and telephone call bill is £9.19 for each call. The total amount is coming to 9.19 multiplied by 6 which is = £55.14. These charges are completely out of order and illegal. I am going to Trading Standards to lodge a complaint and also open a resolution dispute to recover this payment. Such Company should be banned for trading. Also I want to take up this matter to the local court of justices. read full review »
