Our experience during our recent 1-week stay (5/24 - 5/31/2011) was simply not acceptable. We reserved a king-bed room months in advance, only to be placed when we arrived in possibly the worst hotel room we have ever occupied. The view from the first floor unit #105 was of an operating oil well visible above a block wall.
