Dear Sir I am pensioner at the age of 70 years. I booked a flight to England with Expedia on Jan 5th. With an accident I did not make the flight. Rebooked and asked the company to refund my money. They told me they will take 6000 rps for fee and will return my money with in six weeks, I am still waiting for it. I can't go back to India until they repay me to buy another ticket.
