Replaced a previous Acura TL with a new 2010 Acura TL super handling all-wheel drive October last year. Had quality and interior rattles and squeaks from day one. After 6 month countless complains and over 30 days at the dealerships shop the conclusion was; according to the warranty rattles and squeaks do not impair the operation or safety of the vehicle.
