I was in local bank last week and spoke to a representative, Tina. She told me the Power of Attorney I had was completed in 1997 and needed to be "updated" every 10 years. I have checked every source I can find and think her information is incorrect. As long as both parties are living (we are) the Power of Attorney is valid.
