On 1 June, 2011, I received card payment notice by which the deadline dated 1 June 2011. On 2 June, 2011, I paid the statement balance and called Citibank. They insist I have to pay for the service charge and penalty. I accused Citibank has delayed posting the notice to the customers in purpose.
