I said yes since she was the one who burnt it and she seemed discusted and put out and said she would only do it one time and then she got the store manager. She wasn't really any nicer and said since she had not seen my hair after she could not tell if I had done something to my hair to cause it and I had to try and convince her of the episode. I told her all she had to do was ask the girl that put the conditioner on and trimmed it because she had seen my hair the day after.
