A bell representative had called me back in March of 2009 to bring me back to bell and offered me a promotion including 3 services internet phone and satellite a date was set which was march 23, 2009 but when i called to confirm 3 days ahead of the schedule date I had spoke to the accounting department and because of money owing that had cancelled my order I was with rogers.
