Placed a large order online the same day as my sister, H&M then managed to merge mine and my sisters accounts together so it cannot be seen on their system, take almost £80 out of my bank account when one should have been from another credit card when the order total came to £37 and then to be told that they have somehow paid me to take the clothes and have a number of customer service people be extremely rude and unhelpful. Been fobbed off with people will call and they never do. USELESS read full review »
