radiator repair; over ten days to diagnose problems, repair and replace. They claimed the problem(s) was caused by a problem in the engine. They dismantled the engine and held my car hostage for 28 days. I lost faith in their ability to repair my 2007 Honda Accord. I RESCUED my car and some of the parts after 30 days of lying, and poor management. The engine and bolts where in the trunk but the alternator and bolts where allegedly "missing." Thank God for AAA service, I had my car flatbedded and repaired in 24 hours. Avoid this dealership and it's sloopy and unprofessional service department. read full review »
