I bought a S/S Multigem Bangle Bracelet from this company. I tried it on and it bent as I did. I tried to call, never a return call. After several emails, I was given a 6 step process of how to return the order. I bought it from Ocean City, MD. and was told to return it to Thailand!!! It cost me $12.oo to return it, PLUS they charged me $5.oo also. When I asked why I had to return it there. they answered by saying it was their home office. What kind of Customer Service it this???? BEWARE BUYERS. It is not all it seems to be. The Silver is cheap and the quality questionable. read full review »
