I have purchased a couple of things previous to this complaint. One purchase offered a "free" helicopter ride, unfortunately what they didn't state clearly at the time of purchase was that it was way out of my area, so was not something I could use. This time I purchased two classic makeovers at a cost of £40 for my daughter and granddaughter. There was a mix up on 001's part and we only recieved one voucher.
