Delivery times are an absolute joke, and their factory and distribution location is somewhere in the Phillipines (though my first watch was sent from Russia via China), NOT UK based as they specify. The only UK based bit is where you send the watches when returning them, and that's most likely a bedsit in Oxford. I had to send my TAG watch back (twice) as it was so badly finished it actually sliced into the back of my wrist.
