I ordered for a mesh for the pureit water purifier on 23rd May and got it from the selling agent from star services in coimbatore who i think are the authorised agents in cbe.The person came and saw the purifier and told we have to change the battery also. He changed a new one . But as soon as he left the filter started leaking and we called Star services immediately and booked a complaint No.C113407698 on 24th may at 7.45 p.m. Till now they have not come nor have they called.
