I flew from New York to Shanghai. I was told that my luggage couldn't be checked in because I arrived 55 min before the flight supposed departure time. The flight was actually delayed 2.30 hours. On that day they didn't accept my luggage to be checked in on another flight to Shanghai. I called the luggage center as soon as I arrived in Shanghai. I talked to a man called Gabriel that told me to send my friend who kept my 2 big bags back to the airport to have them checked in on a flight to Shanghai.
