Split AC got repair. The problems are mentioned below 1. Outdoor unit was running even if AC was switched off 2. No effective cooling. Complaint has been raised two times; still AC has not been repaired. When first time complaint has been raised the technician came and took the electrical board and went, and we were told we will be intimated about the status within two days.
