I had a really bad experience with Ben telecommunications (www.ben.nl) and therefore I want to file a complaint against them as they have discriminated on the basis of nationality. I wanted to convert my prepaid plan to a subscription plan, but when I tried to do so, my application was not accepted because I am from a particular nationality (Indian). I called Ben customer service several times(more than 10 times) but there was no result.
