On 29 April I wrote an email to request that I would like to cancel my 2 year contract from the end of April 2011. I received no response. 24 April 2011 I sent another email. I ent another email 6 June 2011. I did receive an automated email on that email stating that they received my email. Then another period of silence. I decided to complain on the Hello Peter website, and got a response from MTN stating that someone from Cancellations will contact me. The was a week and a half ago. How long should I still wait. I am so sick and tired of MTN's non-existing service. read full review »
