I placed an order for a new washer and dryer BBY01-3985910555. Then I called the next day like the email from BBY said to do to arrange installation and purchase the accessories for hooking it up (BBY01-399140000096). The sales rep did not include this order on the original order so when my washer and dryer was delivered, there was no way to stack the washer/dryer and install it.
