I'm in the middle of a 3-week long customer service case with Travelocity, and I just have to say that their customer service system is horrible, and because of that, in the future I would only use Travelocity as a last resort. What happened in my case is that I made a hotel reservation though Travelocity, and upon check-in, the hotel gave me rates different than what Travelocity quoted me.
