I've had nothing but problems trying to advertise on Superpages through Idearc Media. Their representatives continually lie and misrepresent their terms and continually engage in false and fraudulent billing practices. They sell their advertising on a pay-per-click basis and then add 'monthly minimum charges' without any notification. When you attempt to minimize or cancel your add(s) all they do is give you a run around about how this is going to hurt your business.
