Arrived at Old Key West resort on June 5th after 18hrs of driving from Katy, Texas. Checked in and got to the room only to find it dirty. The floor had visible dirt and some dried blood in the bathroom. There was a dead roach in the cabinet. After alerting front desk they issued us another room. This room was clean. So I thought that we could just concentrate on the vacation now. However that night we visited the pool outside our room and found the girls bathroom disgustingly dirty.
