I placed an order with them in Nov. 2010, still did not receive. Contacted online, and they responded with the mistake was theirs, the order didn't go through when they placed it. This time I called the number, waited and waited for an answer. Called back and got a message to leave a message, which I gave them the info and asked how long it would take again to get the magazine I ordered in Nov.
