Enterprise Rent a Car division at 5005 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA is a scam. I recently rented a car from them and while inspecting the car I came across a small dent. I told the agent that the car had a dent underneath. The agent told me it was a tar. When i came to return the vehicle I was told that I had to pay for that dent.
