Called for some additional information from their customer service and the guy was SOOOO rude I was compelled to write this complaint. I wrote the company email to complain and the very same rude guy writes me back and carries the same "I don't care" attitude. This is obviously the service this company provides so I would recommend all travelers to BEWARE. read full review »
