I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at the drive thru on June 14, 2011 at approximately 8:05 pm. Luckily, I felt like I needed a bite of it before I took it home to eat it... The chicken was not cooked and it was still pink... I knew it tasted off as soon as I bit into it. Went back thru the drive thru and returned it for a salad. Did not get any apology at all.
