i have booked a germ kill battery kit on website of pure it, a water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver on 3rd June 2011 and got the booking no RFS/454739. When I didn't get any update then on 10th June 2011 I called up customer care to have some update, they told me that the previous no is incorrect & gives me the new order booking no-RFS/4688**(I don't remember) and have committed me to give the service within 24 hours from my call.
