I have been struggling to get Standard Bank to just fax me the settlement figure for my vehicle. This is day three and still no response from them. I have been waiting more than an hour on the phone (dialing and redialling) because of persons not answering their phones. They have promised to fax the figure and whenever I enquire there is simply no response or they send me to another person who promises to deliver and never does.
