I have worked in multiple help desks (Call Center's) throughout the years. I must say that the TD Bank help desk is no worse then any of the other call centers I've personally worked at. Which isn't a good thing. However, before stating my complaint I will say that my complaint itself isn't necessarily the actually representatives that answer the phone or the mangers.
