Here I am upset by Samsung company customer service for rejecting repair request. I bought Samsung cell phone (model SGH-t329 Series) last July. In March this year the phone set was not working without any particular reason (I never dropped, or abuse anything like that) . Since it is still under their Standard Limited Warrenty which is one year shown in the users manual.
