I received a defective bed from this company mere than 6 months ago.. They finely picked up the bed six weeks ago/. I still have not received my refund and now they tell me they don't have the info to do a refund?. I was given a phone number to call to discuss my refund.. I have called the number and held as long as 45 minutes and no one ever answered?. I heve contacted Cymax by email more then 40 times/. I've made more then 31 phone calls and 5 faxes to Cymax;. I have contacted the Attorney General of there state to report this unbeivealbe ordeal. read full review »
