I did a search on Kindle's and Bidrack site came up. I decided to bid on item and opened an account and provided credit card, as seemed OK, to cover any purchases, like EBAY and all the other on-line companies I do business with. No where did I see that I would be charged $99.00 to buy bids. That's not what I understood the site to be, partially based on what everyone else does.
