To save a long drive, I had phoned the Austin A&F branch 0n 13 June 11 beforehand to ask if they had a specific item of clothing (mens pants) including the size and the serial number of the item in stock. The shop person I spoke to (Diana) assured me it was there and would be waiting for me to pick up that day. When I arrived at the store the person I spoke to on the phone was not available and according to the staff member dealing with me, the ordered item (and I apparently) did not exist.
