We bought the 15' by 48'' intex inflatable pool, assembled it and filled it only to find the pump was defective. It took 48 hours and multiple emails/calls to get the claim submitted. They shipped a new part but told us it would take 5-7 days- making it almost 10 days without proper filtration in the pool. The customer service is in China and you can not speak to a supervisor, they have to call you back. Would not buy from this company again. read full review »
