We've been Bell customers for 50plus years. We stayed with them when telecommunications were deregulated.We resisted bundling sales by other telephone folk. However, during a recent call to Bell (to delete call waiting and try to lower the monthly charge), I was given a firm quote by the Bell rep of $57.00/month.Last month's bill did not reflect the new quote(which was repeated to me several times, taxes included).
