The furniture was delivered 2 months late. One piece never showed so we had to pay more for another piece. We had a house warming without our furniture. The customer service lady was extremely rude. The lady who answered my calls gave me no satisfaction and when I asked for a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. I told her I needed to report a rude employee who had just spoken to my wife and she said she was also a supervisor.
