As a costumer, I wanted to transfer from celcom to maxis but the request was rejected by my current service provider. Everytime, I went to celcom center (near Taman Molek in Johor Bahru) to ask for reasons but I received different reasons everytime. Example, such as maxis didn't confirm my request, I owe Celcom money, I immediately went to maxis center (near Celcom center)asked for reason, they said that they had helped me comfirm the request but was rejected and said that I owe celcom money.
