Very poor customer service. They never answer the phone when you click for "orders already placed". Trick is to click "new orders" and (OF COURSE) they'll take your call right away. Lost my order and claimed to put an investigation on it but never offered to send a fresh new bundle. They only respond to emails if you send the same one 28 times back to back.
