Do the customer service people taking calls at the 1-800-CRICKET number really not know what they are talking about or do they intentionally try to give you the run around and 99% of the time eventually disconnect you? I am completely frustrated with them and figure I'm going to just have to cancel all 3 lines and go with Boost Mobile. Everytime I call I get either nowhere or different answers, none of which resolve my problem and each call much too time consuming.
