I ordered an expensive faucet from this Co. 10 days ago. The order was delayed because the shipping address differed from the billing address. After I verified my shipping address I received an email saying that my order was now being processed. That is all. I cannot reach them for a shipping confirmation or to cancel the order. I was on hold for 45 minutes and gave up. I sent two separate emails and there was no reply. I called American Express to resolve the issue but they can't do anything until they charge my account.
