Beware of a scam artist by the name of Jason Booth who has represented himself as an owner of a condo at 1250 S. Indiana in Chicago's South Loop. He advertises "apartment for rent" on Craigslist. He represents himself as an owner. However, he was a tenant with no legal right to sublet. He rented the apartment to several potential victims and then split with their deposit. He is most likely going to repeat this scam somewhere else. read full review »
