I purchased a Sirius Satellite Radio Unit and 3 months of service for one price. I cancelled my subscription or thought I had and sent the Unit back within 2 months, unused. I have had to call them 4 times in order to get the refunds that they owe me. I have spoken to 4 different people, 1 was a Supervisor, and received 4 different answers. I have been able, after much time and complaining, to get my money refunded for the service, but have NOT been able to get my refund for the Unit itself.
