We purchased a building in Victoria Texas. The previous owner had an ad with Yellowbook. Well, the Yellowbook "collection" department starts to call us and tell us that we are liable for their bill. We explain that we only purchased the building, we are not responsible for any unpaid bills. Then, a Yellowbook salesman comes to our business and offers us an ad, and tells us that we are not liable for any past due bill the previous owner had, and that this will be a new contract in our company name.
