USER REVIEWS (Poor customer service!)

I have had directv for 6 years now in my RV. Up until last year I have had no trouble changing my location at least twice during the year in order to pick-up the local channels. Now they tell me that I cannot pick-up the local channels & they are blacked-out. I can only order the LA & NY local channels for an extra fee of $15.00 per month. Their intent is to increase their revenue & screw the customer service. I do not consider the LA & NY channels as local channels either. I would never recommend directv to anyone as this is just another example of poor customer service in a long list of poor customer service. read full review »
