If you look at many other review sites, they all agree. This is a terrible place to tan. They are expensive, the equipment is always broken, they are always short staffed, and do not care about the customers. Like many other people state on other sites, they make it impossible to cancel your membership even after you have been there a year, nor do they do not respond to complaints.
