They gave me wrong order (which has happened before many times) and refused to replace it unless I gave them the item back. My husband already left the house heading there so I told them that. They said they couldn't do it. I told them that when my order was wrong before I had no problems, they said sorry and "got to love cooperate" I told them no I don't have to love em and hung up on them.
