This is my 2nd dealing with Sony within a year with 2 different products. I had an ereader that failed within 9 months and sony had it for 3 of those months for repairs. maybe 15 hours on the reader. That was delbt with after an exhausting process with sony customer service that took months for an end result. I now have a Sony TV that I had insisted on staying with sony due to my life long product satisfaction and loyalty to sony( before the ereader issue).
