Alvarado Cleaning quoted for tenant check in clean using "finger in the air" method. I accepted quote as he was recommended by my letting agent. I provided a list of items which required attention the afternoon before tenants were to check in. Majority were not completed but "Carlos" insisted on full payment for work undertaken (which was really very little).
