On different occasions, I went to McDonald's in Granby and was charged a different price than what was advertised on the signage in the store. Each time I brought it to the cashier's attention. Each time I was told, 'I don't know why it's like that, but the computer--not the sign, is always right!' After being overcharged for the third time in a row, I e-mailed McDonald's corporate headquarters.
