When I first entered bidrack.com I saw nothing about the $99 for buying bids to bid on merchandise. They compare themselves to Ebay, but Ebay does not charge $99 to buy bids. Afetr I entered credit card information, it booted me out and would not let me back in. When I got back in finally, it popped up a guidlines for use, which did not work, and then allowed me to start bidding.
